Location: An important part of your portrait session.
When it comes to choosing a location for your portrait session you can go one of two routes. First, you can choose a location because it is pretty. The second option is choosing a location because it means something to you. Both of these options are great. If you are not sure of all the best spots, don’t worry. We have a location guide that can help you pick some of our favorite spots.
Some people have spots that are personal to them. A place that their family visits, and private piece of property or just somewhere that brings back a memory.
Kaylee chose a spot she often visits with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and fishing. For her that meant doing her portraits right on the lake she grew up on. We chose an early morning sunrise session about 2 hours south of Pueblo. It meant getting up at 5am to make the drive but we think it was worth it!
If you are looking for somewhere pretty or somewhere meaningful for portraits, we would love your consideration.
