No two events are the same. This means we tailor your experience to help meet your vision.
We are known for our lifestyle photography, that capture posed portraits and unique candid images. When you look back at your event we want you to remember the fun and meaningful moments not that the photographer asked you to pose.
To ensure your event is fully captured, we take all of the traditional photos too. From red carpet, group photos, speeches and behind the scenes moments that showcase your event.
The most important part of our approach is that we show up as ‘friends with cameras’. Meaning, in order to capture pictures that reflect what it felt like to be there, we photograph ‘in’ as opposed to ‘at’ the action. Being apart of the event and not ‘the hired help’ is an essential element to our approach.

Contingent on Lepik Photography’s approval.
50% sponsorship discount offered for booked services associated with Corporate, Club, and Charitable Events.
*If Client fails to fulfill the terms of the agreement, they understand they will be invoiced for the discount amount initially provided by Lepik Photography in good faith.
TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT:
4+ Hours Minimum for booked services.
ADVERTISING: Client agrees to provide advertising for discounted amount equal to other sponsorship donations with the same donation amount.
Example. Client receives $2500 in sponsorship via discounted services would result in Lepik Photography receiving a sponsorship advertising equal in relation to other businesses that donate $2500.
MARKETING MATERIALS: Client shall include Lepik Photography’s name and/or Logo in all marketing materials promoting the event that mention sponsor(s).
SOCIAL MEDIA LEADING UP TO EVENT: Client shall tag @LepikPhotography in social media posts/reels/stories promoting the event that includes sponsor recognition.
SOCIAL MEDIA FOR 1 MONTH AFTER EVENT: Client shall tag and credit @LepikPhotography in all social media posts/reels/stories for one month following the event that use assets (images/graphics/videos) provided by Lepik Photography.
VERBAL RECOGNITION: Client shall mention Lepik Photography's name publicly in connection with Sponsor Recognition.
LOGO: Lepik Photography shall provide Client with high res logo to be used in marketing materials.

FAQs
How far in advance should we book your services?
We recommend booking your photographer and/or videographer 8–12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during fall.
Do you offer destination photo/video services?
Yes! We are available worldwide and have captured photo sessions across the U.S. and as far as South Africa. For destination events, we just ask that clients cover travel and lodging expenses in addition to the services booked.
Can we schedule a consultation before booking?
Absolutely. We offer free consultations to get to know each other, answer questions, and make sure we’re a great fit before you commit.
Do you gather timeline and details before the event?
Yes! We’ll touch base with your event planner/point of contact 2-3 weeks before your event to finalize the timeline, and gather must-have shots.
Do you provide a second shooter for events?
A second photographer is included when 6 hours or more are booked. For services under 6 hours, a second shooter can be added for an additional fee listed in our A La Carte.
Can you provide live streaming services for our event?
Yes, we do offer live streaming! The client is responsible for the streaming costs, and we’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How many images will I receive?
We average between 20-40 photos per hour. We don’t set an exact number of images due to various factors that can occur. Rest assured, we make every effort you have a great amount that showcases your event.
Do you offer a Photo Station?
Yes! Our Photo Station includes a sleek black or white backdrop, black-and-white edits, a dedicated photographer, and delivery within 3 business days. It’s a modern, elegant twist on traditional photo booths.
What is the difference between a Photo Station & Booth?
Think of our Photo Station as a high-end portrait experience:

Can we share our photos and video on social media?
Absolutely! Feel free to tag @LepikPhotography in any unfiltered photos and video on social! We love getting to see the extra love for our work and sharing in those life moments with you.
What is your photography style?
Natural but slightly directed—our lifestyle photography aims to capture genuine emotion in lightly posed or prompted moments that still feel authentic.
What is your videography style?
Our videos highlight your day’s best moments by incorporating voiceovers, letters or vows to build a narrative. Music and visuals are carefully chosen to support the emotional arc of your love story.
I do not know how to pose, help!
We got you! We will NOT tell you to stand there and “say cheese”. We will capture some fun candid images as well as guide you how to pose to express emotion, connection, & confidence.
Are the photos edited/retouched?
In additional to our signature editing style, we include complimentary professional touch-ups including teeth whitening, acne and scar removal while keeping your look natural.
Will you remove 50 pounds?
We believe every person is unique & beautiful. We understand we all have insecurities. If you want to digitally shed a few pounds, we can help you out. But we will not change your look entirely.
Can I request additional retouching?
Additional retouching or Photoshop can be requested by client for $50 per photo.
Will you edit in another style?
Each photographer has their own signature look & feel. We shoot & edit with our artist vision in mind. Check out our website/social media to see our style to ensure we meet your vision.
Will you recreate my mood board?
Mood boards are a great tool for inspirational ideas. With that in mind, we respect other artist’s work and will not create a carbon copy of their work, you deserve photos as unique as your event.
Can we add extra hours of coverage if needed?
Absolutely. You can add extra coverage before or after the previously scheduled services pending availability.
Can we see a full gallery or video from other events?
Of course! We’re happy to share full galleries and videos upon request.
Can we choose the music for our video?
Yes—we’ll ask for your music preferences prior to your event to make sure your video matches your vibe. Note: social media/online can flag/mute copyrighted music.
Do you watermark photos?
For marketing and brand recognition, we watermark our delivered images. Once you download your images our watermark is automatically removed.
Do you offer prints or wall art?
We offer beautiful, professional prints and wall art at competitive prices for clients who want heirloom-quality images. We also provide full print release so you can print your photos anywhere.
Will you price match?
We understand adhering to a budget is important. Our style provides a classic and timeless image that lasts a lifetime.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Client can request to reschedule or cancel a minimum of 60 days prior to the event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Full details are provided in our contract.
